Non Playable Characters (or NPC for short) in Galaxy serve a few purposes, including but not limited to quest exchangers, shop owners, and contain a unique plethora of dialogue. The shop owners in Galaxy for the most part sell items, with some differences including the usability for VIP only items for those with the the Galaxy VIP Gamepass. While there are some NPC in Galaxy that will never disappear even after updates, some of them have time limited usability like the Yeti on Aqueous II, but will not be removed from game, and instead have its quest dialogue removed. Other NPCs’ like the Noob and Sean however are removed from game once the event they are used for has ended (this time-restraint however can be temporarily extended on Galaxy VIP Servers up until the entirety of Roblox’s servers are updated).
