The Annihilator Blueprint was used to create the Annihilator during the Kneall event and costs 100 Bruiser Parts, 50 Bionicle Parts, 4 Kneall Tractor Beams, and 500,000 credits

The quest is located at the Kneall Outpost from Biokari and is called 20227. Reverse Engineering

To reach Biokari, you must go to black area where the docked Punishers meet the base

Dialogue

Biokari: Hello, who are you?

Player: Hi, do you know what this is?

Biokari: It's some kind of Kneall structure

Player: Do you know anything about the Annihilator?

Biokari: I know some, why?

Player: Could you make the blueprint for me?

Biokari: If you have some parts for me to work from, I can do it, but I'll charge you 500,000 credits to do it.
