Strange Character

Description

Strange Character stands in a corner of an empty room on the top level of Freedom Base. Strange Character is a faceless NPC wearing a tuxedo, gold headphones, and an orange hat.

Quest

Strange Character will give you Quest #203 upon interacting with them and avoiding a trick at the very beginning of dialogue. In the quest description the player is supposed to "Bring 250k Credits to the Suspicious Character". The reward for the quest is Nautilus blueprint needed in construction of said ship.

Quest Dialogue

[Strange Character]: "What do you want?"

[Player]: "..."

[Strange Character]: "Well?"

[Player]: "Shady Death"

[Strange Character]: "So you're one of my buyers."

[Player]: "How much is it?"

[Strange Character]: "I'll give it to ya for 250 Grand."

[Player]: "Expensive.. I'll take it."

[Strange Character]: "Perfect."

Quest #203 "Mythical Blueprints" is given.

Quest Completion Dialogue

250K Credits are needed to complete the quest.

[Strange Character]: "Got the goods?"

[Player]: "I do"

[Strange Character]: "Thank you good sir, here's your blueprint."

[Player]: "Where do you get this stuff from anyway?"

[Strange Character]: "A far off place called Azolum.. maybe you'll be able to get there someday."

Nautilus Blueprint is transferred to warehouse
